It’s so crazy to me that we are already 20% of the way funded! I am just so grateful for the faithfulness of the Lord, and I am so blessed by all of your support!

I want to give a special thanks to everyone who has supported me this far! I am so excited to see how the Lord works through my team and I!  I am so very blessed to have you guys by my side!

I also want to thank you guys for all the prayers! The deeper in I get, the more I realize how much I cannot do without prayer, and the guiding of the Holy Spirit! The more I hear of people praying, the more excited I get to see the Lord working right in front of me! It’s so amazing to me that the Lord is working even now, before I’ve even set foot in another community!

These past few months have been a whirlwind, but the Lord has taught me so much dependence on Him!

If I’m honest, for some reason I didn’t think fundraising would be such a learning season. I thought the big reliance on the Lord would start when we left the airport, or maybe my house in the US… boy was I wrong!

This has taught me  a lot about my own doubts, the Lords faithfulness, my inability, and the Lords full ability!

I think anyone who has put on a fundraiser will agree that it can be intimidating. There are endless possibilities, goals and ideas! It doesn’t take long before you realize you cannot do it all yourself! I swiftly was brought to the place of laying it at the Lords feet.  This took me from a place of self-sufficiency, to the true realization the the Lord will provide for all the He is calling me to do! That released my doubts, and put me in a place of prayer, excitement and expectation! There is freedom in knowing that as enthusiastic as I am  to share the gospel and the love Christ shown me, the Lords heart is far more passionate about the growing of His Kingdom!

I know this was short, don’t worry there is more to come!
I am so beyond excited to see all that the Lord has in store, and I want to thank you again for coming along!

Until next time,

Kendell

  1. I love what you’re learning through the incredibly intimidating process of fundraising over $18,000! God provided for over a million Israelites in the desert for 40 years, He can certainly provide for all our needs….we just need to line up with His agenda for us and trust Him to make it happen – and you did both!
