Hey friends, Lesotho is one of the most dear places to my heart. We spent about three weeks here, but it instantly felt like home. I deeply love the people we met and the places we were able to partner with, so today I want to ask you to join me in prayer. This is one of the most powerful ways you and I can parter with our Kingdom family in Lesotho!

  • Harvesters Christian School – Here we had the opportunity to lead a devotional here each morning, and I had the opportunity to teach preschool. As I got closer to the kids and the teachers, my heart really just fell deeper in love! This school had a huge lack of resources, yet so much joy came from these classrooms. Please pray that God would provide more materials for the classrooms, as well as simple for the education provided. The Lord has blessed these students so much with teachers that genuinely love them, but the lack of resources and training plays a huge part in the future of this community. This is also a boarding school, so please just pray over the kiddos that stay here all school year long.

  • The Churches – During our time in Lesotho, we were in charge of preaching at the church connected to the school, as well as another local church. Church in Africa is the most fun! We would enjoy worship, though we couldn’t understand it most of the time, the dance party was always fun! Then we as a team would take turns teaching on Sundays. Please pray over the leadership of the church. Just like for us in the states, Covid has taken its toll on the church. So also pray over those attending the church, that they would be bold in carrying the gospel out of those four walls. Harvesters Church is all trying to add onto the church here in July, so prayers over financial provision, as well as workers would be great!

  • Pastor Obed & Stepo – These where our two hosts while we were in Lesotho. We didn’t live with either of them, but became very close to each of them. Pastor Obed and his family would have us over for supper and game nights each week, which truly made it feel like family. Pastor Stepo was our main point of contact throughout the week, and was so intentional with us as a team. They both wear a whole lot of hats in the church and community. So prayers over their time, family and children. They are fighting hard for the kingdom, so lets back them up in our prayers!

  • Letsema & Mathabo – Wow, I love these people a whole ton! We had the joy of living with Letsema and Mathabo at the mission house while we were in Lesotho. Letsema took us on a tour first thing, helped us pick up all of our groceries, and really just made sure we were not in need. Mathabo was about 8 months pregnant when we arrived, yet she still cooked and cared for us so diligently. They have just had their little baby girl, so please be praying for them as they begin their parenting journey. Also please just pray that the Lord continues to bless them for their kind and welcoming love. They truly became family this month, which was so special!

Well friends, there you have it! Thank you so much for partnering with me in prayer. I know that these are places some of you may never step foot into, yet you are making a greater impact than you realize. Thank you so much for your prayers & support! Love you all lots!

  1. Dear God, thank you for being everywhere all the time! Thank you that you love these people in Lesotho and You hear our prayers for their provisions mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally as well as for their missions. We know you are a faithful God, thank you in advance for these provisions in ways wee can’t know or expect. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
